Motus Foundation Shines at Transport Week 2025 in Gdynia

The Motus Foundation was thrilled to attend Transport Week 2025 on March 18-19 at the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia, Poland, as part of our role as the communication team for two innovative EU-funded projects: Blue Supply Chains (BSC) and DigiTechPort2030 (DTP2030). This premier maritime and logistics conference provided an excellent platform to showcase our projects’ contributions to sustainable and digitalized port operations.

The event was packed with insightful presentations and panels covering critical topics like electrification, decarbonization, and digital transformation in the maritime sector. Our team seized the opportunity to foster collaboration, connecting with project partners and industry stakeholders to amplify the impact of BSC and DTP2030. A highlight was the joint meeting with the DeCoInter project, where representatives from all three initiatives explored synergies and laid the groundwork for future cooperation. Learn more about BSC at Transport Week and DTP2030’s conference highlights.

We also joined a study visit to the Gdynia Container Terminal (GCT), a key BSC partner, where we witnessed their cutting-edge efforts to modernize transshipment equipment, reduce CO2 emissions, and boost energy efficiency. From retrofitting RTG cranes to slashing diesel consumption, GCT’s initiatives align perfectly with our mission to drive greener, smarter port operations.

As the communication team, Motus Foundation is proud to promote the transformative work of Blue Supply Chains and DigiTechPort2030. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to advance sustainable and digital solutions for the Baltic Sea Region’s maritime future!
